Introducing Streets of Growth
and Tower Hamlets Homes short film ‘If Only’. 

Streets of Growth  has been working with Tower Hamlets Homes implementing our effective Appropriate Intervention Bridging Model support young people away from harmful behaviours that leads to crime and ASB, helping change life trajectories of these young people. As part of this work Streets of Growth have been working with a group of young people and a professional film making crew to produce this hard hitting short film. 

The film tells the story of young people getting groomed into drug dealing, sexual exploitation, and the harms of knife crime. The film is based on true/lived experiences of young people from Tower Hamlets.  

Post the film premiere, the film will be touring schools, youth clubs, parents/resident groups, and other key stakeholders as part of educational tool to educate and create awareness of these crucial issues effecting young people.

Date: Friday 22nd September 2023 

Time: Doors open 6pm with networking, refreshments and red carpet press interviews.
Film starts 7pm, followed by Q&A and entertainment. 

Venue: Genesis Cinema, Mile End Road E1 4UJ.
